Mina loves food. She eats bread and butter for breakfast. At lunch, she likes rice and vegetables. Today, Mina wants to make something special for lunch.
She goes to the kitchen. She takes rice, carrots, and peas. She also takes a potato. Mina washes the vegetables. Then she cuts them into small pieces.
Mina cooks the rice in a big pot. She adds the vegetables and some salt. She stirs the pot with a spoon. The food smells very good!
After 20 minutes, the food is ready. Mina puts the rice and vegetables on a plate. She sits at the table and eats her lunch.
“This is the best lunch!” she says with a big smile.
