I didn’t think I would meet someone special at a wedding, but it happened. I was single and happy with my life. My best friend Anna was the bride, and she looked so beautiful in her wedding dress. The groom, Mark, was her boyfriend for many years.
At the reception, I met a man named Daniel. He was Mark’s best friend. Daniel told me he was widowed after being married for five years when his wife died. He was kind and we talked all evening.
Later, Daniel asked me to be his girlfriend. After a few months, he took me to dinner and proposed. I said yes! I became his fiancée, and we started planning our wedding.
On our wedding day, I wore a white wedding dress, and Daniel gave me a beautiful wedding ring. After the wedding ceremony we had a big reception for our guests - so many friends came and they were all happy for us. And then we went on a honeymoon to Italy. It was amazing!
Now, we have been married for three years. Every anniversary, we think about how happy we are. We hope we never get divorced because we love each other. Sometimes, life surprises you in the best way!
